WaveNest: Offline Audio Studio is developed by ARGYLE CONVENIENCE STORE LTD. We are committed to respecting user privacy and providing an offline audio recording and editing experience.

This Privacy Policy explains how WaveNest accesses, processes, stores and handles information on your device.

WaveNest may access and process the following information when you choose to use its features:

• Microphone recordings created using the voice recorder.
• Audio files selected for import, playback or editing.
• Audio metadata, including filenames, duration, format, file size, bitrate, sample rate and channels.
• Edited audio files, waveform previews and exported recordings.
• Locally stored folders, favorites and app preferences.

This information is processed locally on your device. WaveNest does not automatically upload this information to developer-controlled servers.

WaveNest requests the Android RECORD_AUDIO permission to enable voice recording.

The permission is used when you initiate a recording session. You may deny or revoke microphone access through Android device settings.

Recording requires microphone permission, but you can use supported library and editing features without recording new audio.

WaveNest stores recordings, imported copies, edited audio and library information in app-specific device storage.

Features such as audio trimming, merging, splitting, volume adjustment, fade effects, playback and supported audio conversion operate locally.

Users may select audio documents through the Android system file picker. WaveNest does not require unrestricted access to all files on the device.

WaveNest is designed to operate without internet connectivity.

The current app does not contain advertising networks, analytics trackers, account registration or automatic cloud synchronization.

We do not automatically collect or transmit your audio recordings or local library information to our servers.

When you export audio to a destination selected through Android, the destination provider may handle the file according to its own privacy practices. Cloud-backed destinations may upload the file.

Your audio files and app preferences remain stored locally until they are deleted or the app is uninstalled.

You can remove recordings and other app-owned audio copies using the app's library controls.

Uninstalling WaveNest generally removes its app-specific data. Previously exported files saved outside the app remain at their chosen destinations and must be deleted separately.

WaveNest does not maintain a remote user account or remote audio library.

WaveNest relies on Android's app-specific storage protections and device security features.

The app does not claim to provide separate end-to-end encryption for stored audio.

We recommend enabling screen-lock security and keeping your Android operating system updated.

WaveNest is a general-purpose audio utility and is not specifically designed for children.

The app does not operate an online account service or knowingly collect children's personal information through developer-controlled servers.

WaveNest uses Android operating system features, including media processing components and the system file picker.

The current app does not integrate advertising or analytics services.

External document providers selected by users may have separate privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, data handling practices or applicable requirements change.

Updates will include a revised effective date and be made available through the app or its published privacy policy webpage.
